One weekend in April 2016, a group of artists were brought together on land in Ukiah, California to research the sculptural objects of Amsterdam-based sculptor, Maria Blaisse. Over the course of three days, each artist experimented with Blaisse's "moving meshes" and through their embodied discourses, touched on the themes of activation, physical intelligence, and divine communication.

A performance was shared at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco to present this research and play with the public. The gathering was curated by Carolyn Strauss, Founder of Slow Research Lab (NL). Collaborating artists included Astrid Campion, Siobhan Cronin, Shinichi Love-Koga, Terri Loewenthal, Dylan McLaughlin, Sherri Mills, Naila Perez-Stringari, and David Wilson.
